Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.
From a young age, my father helped foster my passion for the outdoors; whether it was camping, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, kayaking, or windsurfing, I found myself in nature. My love for the outdoors influenced my decision to study Environmental Science at Temple University in Philadelphia.
After graduation, I spent six months interning for the Brandywine Conservancy helping to preserve the natural beauty of the Brandywine Valley that I had grown up enjoying. My time at the conservancy was an amazing opportunity that helped me to confirm that I would rather spend my day in 90-degree weather or in the rain than in the office.
At BSTI, I spend much of my time in the field dealing with the challenges and uncertainties mother nature has to offer. Taking everyday as a new learning experience and maintaining a positive attitude are keys to my success. Outside of work I enjoy hiking and kayaking; as well as spending time with my family and friends.
