Seasonal Variability and Long Term Trends of Chlorofluorocarbon Mixing Ratios in the Unsaturated Zone

CFC concentrations in soil air were monitored over several seasonal cycles. Variability in gas phase concentrations was observed due to changes in soil temperate, moisture and temperature dependence of solubility and soil/water partitioning.
